​Electric

  • $140/month electric allowance included in rent

  • If usage goes over $140, the difference is billed at cost based on actual consumption

  • Prefer your own plan? You’re welcome to set up electric in your name — and we’ll reduce rent by $140/month

Water/Sewer

  • Usage is individually metered per lot and billed at City of Arlington rates, without markup, including any applicable fees

Internet / TV

  • Spectrum and AT&T are available, but not included

  • All lots are pre-wired for internet and service is usually turned on by the next day

Winter Move-In Bonus (Limited-Time)

Winter is usually our slower season, so if you’re planning a move soon, this is a great time to take advantage.

Move in by March 1st and you’ll receive:

  • $150 rent credit after your first 60 days (with rent paid on time and in full), and

  • Your first two water bills on us

A few quick notes:

  • The $150 credit is applied to your rent balance after day 60

  • Water bill credits apply to your first two billing cycles

  • Available for new move-ins on eligible sites

  • If rent is late during the first 60 days, the New Year Move-In Bonus won’t apply (this includes both the $150 rent credit and the first two water bills)

  • One bonus per site/household

  • Offer may change or end based on availability

Availability & Application Request

Ranger Mobile Home & RV Park is a long-term community with month-to-month leases and limited availability, and openings can vary throughout the year. Vacancies do not follow a set schedule and may fill quickly when they occur.

Walk-ins and phone inquiries are welcome; however, we prefer handling availability requests and applications online or by email so we can provide accurate information and respond efficiently.

To help maintain a quiet, respectful community, criminal background checks are required for all adult occupants. We’ll share full details and next steps after we receive your inquiry.
