We lived here for about 3 years and it was perfect for us while I finished school at UTA. Costwise it is a great value compared to other RV parks in the area, but the real selling points are: you have space apart from your neighbors, the place is very well maintained and SAFE, it is quiet, and management doesn't hassle you if you follow the park rules. So if you like to party and not clean up your dog poo, I wouldn't recommend renting a spot at Ranger. If you are looking for an affordable, safe place to live, I highly recommend Ranger Mobile Home and RV Park. We had the best neighbors and it really felt like a little community.

I have been staying here seasonally since 2013 and I have to say the management staff and owner go out of their way to help residents and really emphasize a quiet and safe space. Numerous upgrades over the past couple of years have made the park even nicer and you will be lucky to get a spot! I hope they are able to expand soon so more people have the opportunity to live in a safe and sane place.
